Homespect, LLC, offers three levels of pre-listing inspections for seller and “For Sale by Owner” clients. See the chart below to decide which package is right for you. The following are descriptions of a few of our available services.

·         FetchReport.com is a password-protected server which hosts your report for easy online access. You will be given a password to distribute to anyone at your discretion. 

·         Referral Rewards: If you refer another client to us and they complete a full inspection with us, you will receive a $25 Visa gift card from us. There is no limit to these gifts! 

·         Presentation Binder: Your report will be presented in a binder which will include a copy of your agreement, the NJ Standards of Practice for Home Inspections, the InterNACHI Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors, a 120-page home maintenance manual, and so much more! 

·         Phone and Email Support: If you have a question about your inspection or your home, call us or email us. If we don’t have the answer right away, we will get it for you quickly! 

·         Move-In Certified™ Yard Sign: It’s the ultimate marketing tool. This sign will go right next to your “For Sale” sign, letting potential buyers know that your home is seller-certified to be free of major defects and ready to move in. 

·         100-Day Coverage: We provide 100-day coverage on our inspection. This coverage will protect the major systems of your home that are under 15 years old. The 100 days starts on the date of the inspection.
